AlmaCon Construction PLC is a trusted subsidiary of the Amhara Development Association (ADA), an indigenous nonprofit organization established in 1992 to drive Ethiopia’s economic and social development. ADA has a strong track record in education, health, and job creation, empowering communities and securing both local and international support for its initiatives.
Founded in 2013, AlmaCon has delivered over 120 projects worth more than 1.5 billion Ethiopian Birr, including schools, healthcare facilities, factories, and multipurpose commercial buildings. In June 2024, the company was reorganized under Ethiopian commercial law through a partnership between ADA and Wanzaye Logy PLC. This restructuring expanded AlmaCon’s scope beyond construction to include:
- Real Estate Development
- Construction Materials Supply and Manufacturing
